DISTRICT H-246: HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT NO. 246,:
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting heist at
9:00 o' olook A. M. , January 1304 1926, after legal``
notice, heard all objections presented by intereeted
persons to the confirmation of Resolution No. 1749,'
authorising Highway Improvement No. 246, and the plane,
specifications and estimate of cost thereof, and no
objeotion was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission
of the City of Miami:
That the said resolution, plans, specifications
and estimate are hereby confirmed,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of January, A. D.
1925.
