A RESOLUTION AUTHDRIZING THE CORRECTION
0P CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS SET FORTH MEIN.
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has requested
the correction of certain assessments erroneously made *hioh
assessments have become final by the confirmation of the pre-
liminary assessment rolls therefor, and
WHEREAS, it is the sense .of the Commission that the
Correotions should be made,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City
of Miami:
1. That the assessment against E. 60' of W. 120' of
Lot 2, Blook 2, and the W. 60' of Lot 2, Blook 2, Nanoy Terrace,
owned by J. C. Smith, for improvements under District H-235,
be corrected to read as follows, to -wit:
West Lot
East Lot
- Paving 4110.86
Gutter only 60' 34.57 0145.43
- Paving $110.86
Gutter only 59.1' 34.05
Curb & Gutter 0.9' . .89 $145.80 ,
Total corrected assessment
Section 2: That the assessment

against the E. 60' of Lots
by E. A. Bercegay, for
Improvements under District H-201, be corrected to read as
follows:

Total assessment as corrected 4209.54.
PASSED AID ADOPTED this 13th day of January, A. D. 1925.
