A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE PRELIMINARY ASSIlBa-
WINT ROLL HEREINAFTER SET FORTH AND PROVIDING
FOR THE COLLECTION OF THE ASSESSIL3NTS BROWN
THEREIN.
WHEREAS, the Commission of the City of Miami, Florida, met
on the 6th of January, 1925, pursuant to the notice of said met-
ing under Seotion 66 of the City Charter, to hear all written
ob jeotione to the oonfiraation of the Preliminary Assessment
Roll of Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 71,and
WHEREAS, the Commission of the City of Miami having receiv-
ed no written objections to the confirmation of the said Preli-
minary Assessment Roll by any person whose property is desoribed
in said roll,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the Ci-
ty of Miami:
. 1: That the prima faoie assessments, as indicated on said
Preliminary Assessment Roll, be, and the came are hereby, in all
things, oonfirmed and sustained against any and all lots and
paroels of ground described thereon.
2: That the sums and amounts against eaoh of the lots or
paroels of ground in said Preliminary Assessment Roll are less
than the amount that each of said lots or paroels of ground is
benefi tted by, -said improrrementa and that such amounts are in pro-
portion to the speoial benefits; that the proportion of said
oosts to be paid by said City of Miami on account of Highway in-
tersections is the sum set opposite the same therein.
3: That the total cost of the said improvement in the sum
set opposite same, to -wit:
Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 71.4906.87,
be, and the same is hereby, approved and confirmed.
4: That ten (10) days after date of this confirmation of
said Preliminary Assessment Roll the same be delivered to the Di-
reotor of Finance and the Direotorof pinanoe is hereby ordered
thirty (30) days after date of this resolution, to make collec-
tions of the assessments therein as required by law.
PASSED AO ADOPTED this 6th day of January, A. D. 1925.
