PORATION.
WHBMS, the City Manager reports that allwork wider Oity
Sewer Oontraot No. 34, with the J. G. MoOrary mogineering Cor-
poration, has been oompleted with the exception of one bloek
on N. A. South River Drive, from West Plagler Street to N. •.
lot Street, and that the City is retaining $4,676.74 due the
McCrary Corporation on the final estimate of work oompleted,
and
WHEREAS, on account of the present traffic conditions it
has been deemed advisable to postpone the construction of the
sewer on the said Drive until a later date,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the
City of Miami:
That the Direotor of finance be, and he is hereby, author-
ised and direoted to pay the final estimate of the J. G. McCra-
ry engineering Corporation for work oompleted under Sewer Con-
tract No. 34 in the amount or $4,676.74.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of January, A. D. 1926.
