SUBDIVISION TO BE =OWN AS "SEARENT0"
WHEREAS, the Ullmann-Miller-i;usworm Corporation, a cor-
pemstion organized and existing under the laws of the State of
Florida, has filed with the :Director of jublc :service a plat
of a subdivision of the following property, lying and being
iti Dade County, State of 21orida, to -wit:
A subdivision in the Northeast colurter (Nisi) of
Section 32, 2wp. 52 South, irge. 12. .L et, r::ore par
ticularly described as follows: 3e;;inning at a
point 495 feet South of the Northwest Corner of the
South Half (S*) of the Northeast Quarter (N ) of
Section 32, Twp. 52 South, :age. 42 zast ; thence
South along the Jest line of said uarter Section
330.0 feet; thence Easterly 2100 feet, more or
lees, to the waters of Biscayne Bay; thence North-
erly, meandering the Shore of said Biscayne Bay to
the East line of said Section 32; thence North on
said East line to a point 330 feet North of the South
line of this tract; thence desterly 2640 feet, more
or less to point of beginning, together with all ri-
parian rights appurtenant thereto,
said subdivision to be known as "Searento", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the
City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department of
Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat show the dedication of certain
streets, avenues and highways to the perpetual use of the public
for proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BB IT ORDAINED BY THE Cc1MISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIA11I: That the dedioation of the streets, avenues and
highways in said aubdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and the
same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
