IN THE RE..SUBDIVISION To 2B Ito r AS

WHEREAS, G. W. Gabel, Incorporated, a corporation
organiaea and existing under the laws of the State of Florida,
has filed with the Director of Public Service a plat of a re-
subdivision of the following property, lying ana being in
Dade County, State of Florida, to -wit:
A re -subdivision of part of Lots 51,52 F, 53
of Block 3 of Robertsville Subdivision us re-
corded in Book "A", at Page 13 of ±luts, 'ublie
Records, Lade County, Florida; further aee--
cribed by metes and bounds as follows: Com-
mencing at the Northwest Corner of the South
Half (Si) of the Southwest Quarter (Si)ieof
Section 12, Twp. 53 South, Rge. 41 Bast, and
running thence Nast 330 feet to point of begin-
ning, thence running South 486.74 feet, thence
running Bast 330 feet, thence running North
485.63 feet to a point on the North boundary
of the South half (Si) of the Southwest Quarter
(34) of Section 12, Twp. 53 3: th, :age. 41 Bast,
thence running test along said boundary 330 feet
to the point of beginning,
said re -subdivision to be known as "Little River School Tract
Extension", and
i'E REAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the City
of Liiami and the rules and regulations of the Department of Public
Service, and
Aa REAS, the said plat shows the dedioation of certain
streets, avenues and highways to the perpetual use of the publio for
proper purposes,
