NOW
WHEREAS, We D. Ferguson and A. F. Ferguson, his wife,
and T. F. Hall, a single man, have filed with the Director of
Public Service a plat of a subdivisiou of the following proper-
ty, lying and being in Dade County, State of Florida, to -wit:
A subdivision of the Northeast Quarter (IT)
of the Southeast Quarter (S4-) of the north-
east Quarter (iTE) of Section 31, Township
52 South, Range 42 Last, •
said subdivision to be known as "Miami Shores Park", and
HEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the
City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department
of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets, avenues, highways and park to the perpetual use of the
public for proper purposes,
NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY 2II1 COi►iu!ISSION OF THE
CITY OF L2IJMI: That the dedication of the streets, avenues, high-
ways and park in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and
the same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City of itiami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of December, A. D. 1925.
