WHEIMAZ, Lillian Pritchard, a single woman, has filed
with the Director of Public Service a plat of a subdivision
of the following property, lying and being in Dade County,
State of Florida, to -wit:
A subdivision of the North 132 feet of the West
Half (4::) of the Southwest Quarter (Sri,) of the
Northwest Quarter (itii4) of the Southwest Quarter
(Sdii) of Section 12, Twp. 53 South, lige. 41 East,
said subdivision to be known as "Pritchard park", and
WHEREAS, the Dixector of Public Service has approved
said plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter
of the City of !limns and the riles and regulations of the
Department of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets, avenues and highways to the perpetual use of the ,public
for proper purposes,
:NOW, THEREFORE, 3E IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAIiI: That the dedication of the streets, avenues and
highways in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and
the same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
