organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida,
has filed with the Director of public Service a plat of a sub-
division of the following property, lying and being in Dade
County, State of Florida, to -wit:
A subdivision of the Wi of the North Ralf (Ni)
of the north Half (Ni) of the northwest Quarter
(NWi) of the Southeast Quarter (SE4) of Section
29, Township 54 South, Range 41 East,
said subdivision to be known as "Blade", and •
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as oomplying with all the provisions of the Charter of the
City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department
of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets, avenues and highways to the perpetual use of the public
for proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BB IT ORDAINED BY THE COML ISSION OF ZIE
CITY OF MAUI: That the dedication of the streets, avenues and
highways in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and the
same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of December, A. D. 1925.
