WalIZAS, the Viatni Sank and Trust Company, trustee, has
filed with the Director of Public. Service a plat of a subdi-
vision of the following property, lying and being in Dade
-County, State of Florida, to -wit:
A subdivision of the Southwest Quarter (Sdij of
Section 31, Twp. 53 South, Rge. 41 mast, except
the hereinafter described tract, to -wit: Begin-
ning at a point 50 feet Easterly and 35 feet
Northerly from the Southwest Corner of Section 31,
Twp. 53 South, Rge. 41 East; thence Easterly
parallel with the South line of said Section 100
feet to a point; thence Northerly parallel with
the West line of said Section 100 feet to a point;
thence Westerly parallel with the South line of
said Section 100 feet to a point; thence Southerly
parallel with the West line of said Section 100 feet
to the point of beginning,
said subdivision to be known as:a"Unit No.. 1, ,lest Flagler Center,
Red Road Addition", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the
City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department of
Public Service, and
WHEREAS? , the said plat shows the dedioation of certain
streets, avenues, highways and parks to the perpetual use of the
public for proper purposes,
NOW, TKER FOREE, T IT ORDAIVED BY THE COMMISSION OF TEE CITY
OF MA I; That the dedication of the streets, avenues, highways
and parike in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and the
same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
