ORDINANCE NO. 555.
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING Tag DEDICATION OP
THE STREETS, AVENUES AND t#IORWAYS IN THE
RESTT13DI 'ISIO1 TO DE INOWN AS "RIVERSIDE
MANOR".
WHEREAS, the Riverside Manor Company, Inc., a corporation
organised and existing under the laws of the State of Florida,
has filed with the Direo#or of Public Service a plat of a re-
subdivision of the following property, lying and being in Dade
County, State of Florida, to -wit;
A resubdivision of the Northwest Quarter (t-'y,t ;) of
the Southeast Quarter (SE4), excepting that part
lying Southwest of the Miami Canal, as shown of
Section 28, Twp. 53 South, Rge. 41 East and'that
part of the .Northeast Quarter (NEi) ,of the South-
west Quarter (SW4),- lying Northeast of the said
Miami Canal, excepting the Lock Site of the State
of Florida, as shows of Section 28, Twp. 53 South,
Rge. 41 East,
said resubdivision to be known as "Riverside Manor", and
WiEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the
of Miami and.. the rules and regulations of the Department of
Public -Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets, avenues and highways to the perpetual use of the public
for proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF I4IAMI; That the dedication of the streets, avenues and
highways in said resubdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and
the same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
