WEE.Ri AS, W. Stine and Lucy P. Stine, hie wile,
have filed with the Director of Public Service an amended
plat of Eilah Park Addition as recorded in Book 21, Page
5 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved
said amended plat as complying with all the provisions of
the Charter of the City of Miami and the rules and regulations
of the Department of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said amended plat shows the dedication of
certain streets, avenues and highways to the perpetual use of
the public for proper purposes,
!OW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That the dedication of the streets, avenues
and highways in said resubdivision, as shown by said amended
plat, be, and the same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by
the City of Miami.
