"A RESUBD IVISI ON OP BLOCK 7, WEST
LITTLE /VER" •
WHEREAS, Philip G. Rorwitz and Eva T. }torwitz, his wife,
and Marion S. Muffson and Isaac Muffson, her husband, have
filed with the Director of Public Service a plat of a resub-
division of the following property, lying and being in Dade
County, State of Florida, to -wit:
A resubdivision of Block 7 of "West Little River"
as recorded in Book 14 of Plats at Page 75, Public
Records, Dade County, Florida,
said resubdivision to be known as "A Resubdivision of Blook 7,
West Little River", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the
City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department
of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets, avenues and highways to the perpetual use of the public
for proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE OOLiISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That the dedication of the streets, avenues and'
highways in said resubdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and
the same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADAPTED this 7th day of December, A. D. 1925.
