AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION
OF THE S HEETS, AVENUES AND HIGHWAYS IN
THE St,'$DiV IStOt TO BE ffiaOW? AS "COl fl»
CIAI, SEVENTH AVAM".
WHEREAS, the Ho "ner-P+itzsit ons, Incorporated, a cor-
poration organized and existing under the laws of the state
of Florida, has filed with the Director of Public Service
a plat of a subdivision of the following property, lying and
being in Dade County, State of Florida., to -wit:
A subdivision of the South 2 - Acres of the
East Half (E*) of the Northeast Quarter (N )
of the Southeast v;uarter (SE$) of the South-
east Quarter (SB) and t lie Bast Half (j*) of
the Southeast Quarter (SE) of the Southeast
"Quarter "(SEk) of the Southeast Quarter (SE4)
of Section 35, Twp. 52 South, Rge. 41 East,
said subdivision to be known as "Commercial Seventh Avenue", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as complying with all the .provisions of the Charter of the
City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department of
Public Ser' iee, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets, avenues and highways to the perpetual use of the public
for proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF TIE
CITY OF MIAMI: That the dedication of the streets, avenues and
highways in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and. the
same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami..
PASSED AND ADOPTED thta 7th day of December, A. D. 1925.
