WHEREAS, the Seminole Pruit and Land Company, a New York
Corporation, has filed with the Director of Public Service
a plat of portions of N. W. 37th Avenue, N. W. 38th Avenue,
N. tY. filth Street, N. W. 14th Street, N. W. 17th Street, N. %Y.
20th Street, N. W. 2lst Street, N. W. 24th Street, and N. W.
26th Street, lying and being in Seotions 29 and 32, Township
53 South, Range 41 East, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Publio Service has approved said
plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the
City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department
of Publio Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedioation of certain
streets,and avenues to the perpetual use of the public for
proper purposes,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OP MIAMI: That the dedication of the streets and avenues, as
shown by said plat, be, and the same are hereby, accepted and
confirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of November, A. D. 1925.
