BLOCK 32 OP SOUTH tIAMI"
WHEREAS, the'fealty Securities Corporation, a corporation
organized and existing under the :Laws of the State of Florida,
have filed with the Director 'of public Service a plat of a re-
subdivision of the following property, lying and being in Dade
County, State of Florida, to -wit:
A resubdivision of Block 32, consisting of Lots
1 to 14, inclusive, of Block 32 of South Miami,
according to an unrecorded plat formerly in pos-
session of Mary 3rickell, said lands being situated
in Section 39, Twp. 54 South, Rge. 41 East,
said resubdivision to be known as "Resubdivision of Block 32
of South Miami", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as complying with all 'the provisions of the Charter of the
City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department
of Public Service, and..
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets, avenues and highways to the perpetual use of the public
for proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BS IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF HE
CITY OF MIAII: That the dedication of the streets, avenues and
highways in said resubdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and
the same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
