AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION
OP THE HIGHWAYS IN TM CERTAIN TRACTS
OR LAND DESCRIBED HEREIN.
WHEREAS, Melvin S. 2ishier, S. =shier, single, and
Mrs. Lottie E. Tanner have filed with the Director of Public
Service a plat of the following tracts of land, located in
Dade County, State of Florida, to -wit:
The South Half (Si) of the Northeast Quarter
(NE4) of Section 35, Twp. 52 South, Rge. 41 East,
and the North Half (Ni) of the Southeast Quarter
(SDI-) of Section 35, Twp. 52 South, Rge. 41 East,
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the
City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department
of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain high-
ways to the perpetual use of the public for proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, 3E IT ORDAINED BY THE COI2tISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI: That the dedication of the highways, as shown by said
plat, be, and the same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the
City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of November, A. D. 1925.
