AN ORDINANCE ACCENTING TRE DEDICATION
O1 TR1 STREETS, AVEVUI;S AND RIGfWAYYS
AS StOWN IN THE =MDED PLAT OF COM-
i RCIAI, RIVERSIDE.
WHEREAS, the Williamson anti Banker, Inc., a corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida,
has filed with the Director of Public Service an amended plat
of Commercial Riverside, and.
WHEREAS, the Director o f. Public Service has approved said
•
the provisions of the Charter
and regulations of the De -
amended plat as complying with all
of the City of Miami and the rules
partment of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said. amended plat shows the dedication of
certain streets, avenues and highways to the perpetual use of
the public for proper purposes,.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE. COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIA,iI: That the dedication of the streets, avenues and
highways in said subdivision, as shown by said amended plat, be
and the same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City of
Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of November, A. D. 1925.

NUES AND HIOHWAYS AS SHOWN IN'
THE AMENDED PLAT OP COMMER-
CIAL RIVERSIDE. *
WHEREAS, the Williamson and flank-
er. Inc., a corporation organised and ex-
isting under the laws of the State of
Florida, has filed : with the Director of
Public Service an amended plat of Com-
mercial Riverside. and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public
Service has approved said amended plat
as 'complying with all the provisions of
the Charter of the City of Miami and•the
rules and regulations of the Department
of Public Service. and
WHEREAS, the said amended plat
shows the dedication of 'certain struts,
avenues and highways to the perpetual
use of the public for proper purposes.
NOW. THEREFORE, 13E 1T 'OR-
I)AINED IIY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF ADAMI: That the dedi-
cation of the streets, avenues and high-
ways in said subdivision, as shown by
said amended plat, tu, and the same are
hereby, accepted and confirmed by the
City of Miami.
