WHEREAS, C1arence'M. Busoh. anti Bonnie L. Busoh, his wife,
Rebecca Mitchel. an& William Iiitchel, her husband, '. A. MaAu1ay, tr. ,
and nary Stewart ItcAulay, his wife, have filed. with the Director of
Public Service a•plat of a subdivision of the following property,
lying and being in Dade County, State of Florida, to -wit:
A. subdivision in the Northwest Quarter (IW4) of Section
8, Twp. 54 South, Rge. 41 East and described as follows:
The South Half (Si) of the South Half (Si-) of the South
'ialf (Si) of the Southwest Quarter (SW;;) of the Northwest

WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said plat
as complying'with all the provisions of the Charter of the City of
Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department of Public Ser-
vice, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain streets,
avenues, highways and park to the perpetual use of the public for
proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMUSSION OF THE CITY
OF MtIAMI: That the dedication of the streets, avenues, highways and
park in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and the same are
hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City of 2•,".iami.
