AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE
'DEDICATION or THE. ST1tIfl TS, AVE-
NUES AND HIGHWAYS IN THE 'SUI3-
DIVISION TO III KNOWN AS "DU-
PONT, GABLES."
' WHEREAS, AS, Leo Soglovttz and Flor-
ence Soglnvltx. hie wife. have filed with
the Director of Public Service a plat of
'a Subdivision of the following property,
lying and lining In Dade County, State of
Florida, to -wit:
A aubdi.'Islon beginning at the
horth,ast Corker of Section 13, Twp.
63 South, lige. 41 East, run Wet
1.948.0 feet to a point 744.6 feet East
from the Northeast Corner of the
Northeast Quarter (N1 4) of said
Section 13; thence run South 26 feet
to the point of beginning of the land
herein described; thence run South
371.0 feet; thence run West 300.48
feet; thence run North 371.0 feet;
thence run East 304.25 feet to the
point of beginning. further described
as follows: A11 that tract lying East
of the West 440 feet and West of the
East 1.048 feet of the North 396 f.'t't
of the Northeast Quarter. (NEti) of
said Section 13. Twp. 63 South, Age.
41 East. except the North 26 feet
thereof,
said subdivision to be known as "Dupont
Gables," and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public
Service has approved said plat as com-
plying with all the provisions of the Char-
ter of the City' of Miami and the rules
and regulations of the Department of
,Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shown the
dedication of certain streets, avenues and
highways to the perpetual use of the pub-
lic for proper purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT OR-
DAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THi. CITY OF MIAMI: That the dedi-
cation of the streets, avenues and high-
ways In said subdivision, as shown by
sad plat, be. and the same are hereby,
accepted and continued by the City of
Al!anti.
