AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING T111
DEDICATION OP Till: STREETS. AVE.
DUES, HIGHWAYS AND PARKS IN
THE SUBDIVISION TO 13E KNOWN AS
' SYROLA PINES."
WHEREAS, Aubrey L. Sykes and Ruth
Sykes, his wife, and James H. Rowley
and Prances R. Rowley, his wife. have
filed With the Director of Public Service
a plat of a subdivision of the following
property. lying and being In Dade Coun-
ty, State of Florida, to -wit.
A subdivision of the Northeast
Quarter (NE%) of the Southwest
Quarter (SW 4) of the Southwest
Town-
ship South.angSection East,
Town -
said subdivision to be known as "Syrola
Pines," and
W111:REAS, the Director of Public
Service has approved said plat as com-
plying with all the provisions of the Char-
ter of the City of Miami and the rules
and regulations of the Department of
Public Service, and
WHEREAS. the said plat shows the
dedication of certain streets. avenues.
highways and parks to the perpetual use
of the public for proper purposes,
NOW. THEREFORE. BF IT OR-
DAINED IlY THE COMMISSION OP
THE CITY OF .1t1AMI : That the dedi-
cation of the streets. avenues, highways
and parks in said subdivision, as shown
by said plat, be, and the same are hereby.
accepted and confirmed by the City of
Miami.
