subdivision of the following property, ly-
ing and being in Dade County, State of
Florida, to -wit:
A subdivision of the West Halt

Northeast ,Quarter (NE%) of Section
9, Twp. 64 South, Age. 41 East,
said subdivision to be known as "Celonas?
Subdivision," and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public
Service has approved said plat as com-
plyingcom-
vlying with all the provisions of the Char-
ter of the City of Miami and the rules
and regulations of the Department of
Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the
dedisatlon of certain streets, avenues and
highways to the perpetual use of the pub-
lic for proper purposes,
NOW. THEREFORE, DE IT OR-
DAINED BY THE. COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OP MIAMI: That the dedi-
cation of the streets, avenues and high-
ways in said subdivision, as shown by
aald plat. be, and the same are hereby,
accepted and confirmed by the City of
Dllami.
