DEIiICATiON OP TEM STREETS, AVE-
NUES AND ttt(IHWAYS IN THE SUB.
DIVISION TO BE KNOWN AS "PEL-
HAM PLACE."
WHEREAS, E. E. Cowart, trustee, has
tiled with the Director. of Public Service
a plat of a subdivision of the following
property, lying and being in Dade County,
State of 'Florida, to -wit:
A subdivision of the North Half
(N!4) of the West Half (W+A) of the
East Half (i•:%) of the Southeast
Quarter (S* 4) of the Southeast
i52 South Rae`) 4of East. 36, Twp.
said subdivision to be known as "Pelham
Place." and
WHEREAS. the Director of Public
Service has approved said plat as vom-
plying with nil the provisions of the Char-
ter of the City of Miami and the rules
and regulations of the Department of
Public Service. and
WHEREAS. the said plat shows the
dedication of certain streets. avenues and
highways to the perpetual use of the pub -
Ile for proper purposes,
NOW. THEREFORE. 1U IT OR-
DAINED RV THE COMMISSION OF
THE CiTY OF MIAMI: That the dedi-
cation of the streets, avenues and high.
ways in said .wbd vision, as shown by
said plat, be. and the same are hereby,
accepted and confirmed by the City of
Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day
of November, A. D. 1925.
