NUES AND HIGHWAYS IN THE SUB -
,DIVISION TO RE IXNOWN AS '"FAUN
TON SUBDIVISION,".
WHP.REAS, A. 3. Taunton and F. Agnes
Taunton, his wife, have filed with the
"Director of Public Service s, plat of a
subdivision of the following property, la•-
ing and being In Dade County, States of
(Florida, to -wit:
A, subdivision 3n the Northeast
Quarter (NE%4) of Section 27. Twp.
b3 South, Rge. 41 East and described
as follows: Beginning at the South-
east Corner of the North Ha1t 4N+,4)
of the Southeast Quarter (SEM) of
the Southeast Quarter (SEW of the
Northeast Quarter {NEM) of Section
