CATING N. W. 120TH STREET 131.-
TWEEN N. W. 2ND AVENUE AND
4TH AVENUE AS THE SAME 1S

ED -ON MAP OF' ALHAAIBRA
HEIGHTS, SECTION TWO (2).
W1U 111:AS, the City Planning Board
at a meeting held November 12th, 1926,
considered request from Rev. James J.
McLaughlin, Pastor of Church of the
Holy Name for the closing of N. W. 120th
Street between N. W. Ind Avenue and N.
W. 4th Avenue, in order that Blocks
One (1) and Twelve (12) of Alhambra'
Heights, Section Two (2), owned by the'.
Church. might be used for school pur-
poses. and
WHEREAS. the Clty Planning Board
recommends that permission be given for
the temporary closing of the Street until
such ti ne as truffle warrants the re -op-
ening o` same. and with the understand-
ing that the Street so closed shall be
used for school purposes only;
NOW.. THERENOItE. II IT OR-
DAINED BY TIIE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI: That said N. W.
120th Street between N. W. Ind Avenue
and N W 4th Avenue, as the same is
shown, marked and designated on map of
Alhambra Heights, Section Two (2). be.
and the same is hereby temporarily
closed. Vacated and discontinued until
such time as traffic conditions of the City
warrants the re -opening of same
PASSED .AND ADOPTED this 16th day
of November, A, D.. 1925,
