WAS, the uigg and rrebb Holding Company, a corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida,
has filed with the Director of Ptiblio Service a plat of a sub-
division of the following property, lying and being in Dade
County, state of Florida, to -wit:
A subdivision of the southeast quarter (n4), South-
west quarter (SW4). Northeast Zuarter (NE4) and the
Southwest wuarter (Safi ,) , Southeast quarter (SE4) ,
Northeast Quarter (NE') and the south Half (Si),
Southwest t4uarter (sw ) , Southwest duarter (SW*) ,
Northeast quarter (NE ) of Seotion 31, Township 53
South, Range 41 East, -
said subdivision to be known as "Coral-E-A", and
crHER:&S, the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as oomplying with all the provisions of the Charter of the
City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department of
Public Service, and
tHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of oertain
streets, avenues, highways said parks to the perpetual use of the
public for proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE OOMUISSION OF THE CITY
OF i IAMI: That the dedication of the streets, avenues, highways
and parka in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and the
same are hereby, accepted and Confirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of November, A. D. 1925.

WHEREAS. The Qulgg and Webb Hold-
ing Company, a corporation organized
and existing under the laws of the State
Of Florida, has filed with the Director of
Public Service a plat of a subdivision
of the following property, lying and being
