OP THE STREETS, AVENUES AND NIt 1WAYS

WHEREAS, Henry tit. 'rioke and Emilie 11. Pricke, hia wife,
have filed with the Director of Public service a plat of a
subdivision of the following property, Lying and being in
Lade County, state of Florida, to -wit:
A subdivision of all that part of the Southeast
;carter (S 4) of Section 14, Twp. 53 South, Rge.
41 East, described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a point 1334 feet north of the south
line of said Section which point is 1034 feet and
10 inches west from the easterly line of said
section; thence running 'West 418.10 feet; thence
South 520 feet; thence vast 418.10 feet; thence
North 520 feet to the point of beginning,
said subdivision to be known as "Fricke Park", and
WHEREAS, the Direotor of Public Service has approved said
plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the
City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department
of Publio Servioe, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets. avenues and highways to the perpetual use of the publio
for proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMkIISSION OF TEE CITY
OF MIAMI, That the dedication of the streets. avenues and highways
in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and the same are
hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED ,AND ADOPTED this 160 day of November, A. D. 1925.

PARK"
WHEREAS, henry W. Fricke and
Emilie F. Fricke, his wtte, have filed with
the. Director of Public Service a plat of
a subdivision of the following propefty.
lying and being in Dade County, Sate
of Florida, to -wit:
A subdivision of all that part of the
Southeast Quarter (S1 4) of Section
14. Twp. 58 South; Rge. 42 East, de-
scribed by metes and bounds as fol-
lows: Beginning at a point 1,884 feet
north of the south line of said
Lion which point is 1.034 feet and `
inches west front the easterly line of
said section ; thence running West
418.10 feet; thence South 520 feet;
thence East 418.10 feet; thenoe North
820 feet to the point of beginning.
said subdivision to be known as "Fricke
Park," and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public
Service has approved said plat as com-
