AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE D2DICATtON
of THE STREETS AVENUES AND HIGHWAYS
IN THE SUBDIVISION TO EE 1 NOWt AS

!NHERBAs, Harold Davidor, a single man, has filed with
the Director of Public Service a plat of a subdivision of
the following property, lying and being in Dade County, State
of P'lori da, towit:
A subdivision of the North Half (Ni) of the North-
east Quarter (N *) of the Southeast Quarter (SE4)
of the Northeast,Quarter (NEi) of Section 22,
Township 53 South, Range 41 East,
said subdivision to be known as "Allapattah Square", and
WS1IREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the
City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department of
Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets, avenues and highways to the perpetual use of the public
for proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COLS ISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That the dedication of the streets, avenues and
highways in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and the
same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED ADD ADOPTED this 16th day of November, A. D. 1925.
