:;HER AS, the Noresa1 Company, a corporation organizbd
and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, has filed.
with the yireotor of Public Service a plat of a subdivision of
the following property, lying and being in Dade County, State
of tlorida, to -wit:
A subdivision in Section 32, Twp. 52 South, Range
42 East, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the center line of the
Nast Dixie Highway, as now located and constructed,
said point being on the North boundary of the South-
east :quarter (S) of the said Section 32 and 563.6
feet, more or less, East of the center of said Section
32; thence continuing East along the said North
boundary of the Southeast ';uarter (SE;;-) of the said
Section 32 a distance of 1247.15 feet, more or less to
the low water mark of Biscayne Bay; thence South-
westerly, meandering along and traversing the low water
mark of the said Biscayne Nay to a point 280 feet South
of the North line of the said Southeast tuarter (SE7)
of the said Section 32; thence hest, parallel with,
and 280 feet distant from, the said North boundary of
the said Southeast Cmarter(SE3) of the said Section 32,
a distance of 1206 feet, more or less, to the center of
the East Dixie Highway, as now looated and constructed;
thence Northeasterly along the center line of said High-
way, as now located and constructed, 308.84 feet, more
or leas, to the point of beginning, with all riparian
rights adjaoent or appurtenant thereto,
said subdivision to be known as "Vista Biscayne", and
WHEREAS, the Direotor of Public Service has approved said
plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the
City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department of
Publi,v Service, and
WHBREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of oertain streets,
avenue and highways to the perpetual use of the public, for proper
purposes,
