THE STREETS, AVENUES AND HI H ifAYS IN THE
RESUBDIVISION TO B :NOr 11 AS °MADISON SCURE" •
t'SEREAS, the Madison Miami Realty Company, a corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida,
has filed with the Director of Public Service a plat of a re-
subdivision of the following property, lying and being in Dade
County, State of Florida, to -wit:
A resubdivision of part of Lot 13 of Sawyer and
Roberts Subdivision as recorded in 3ook 3, Page 109,
Public Records of Dade County, Florida, described as
follows: Commencing at a point 50 feet North and 25
feet Fast of the Southwest corner of Southeast Quarter
(SE4) of Section 9; thence N. and parallel to the ',lest
line thereof 223 feet; thence East 293.95 feet, more
or less, to a point 50 feet ;rest of the East line of
S. i'l. 31st avenue as shown on plat of auburn Heights;
thence South and parallel to said :cast line of said S. w.
31st Avenue, 223 feet to a point 50 feet North of the
South line o: saia Southeast quarter (Sc) of Section 9;
thence test and parallel to South line 293.95 feet, more
or 'less, to place of beginning. Section 9, Twp. 54 South,

said resubdivisi on to oe known as "Madison Square", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved saia plat
as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the City of
Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department of Public
Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain streets,
avenues and highways to the perpetual use of the public for proper
purposes,
