AS "SHENIA1 DOAH Uhl".
WHEREAS,R. D. York and .Amyl T. York, his wife, have filed
with the Director of Public Service a plat of a subdivision of
the following property, Bring and being in Dade County, State
of Florida, to -wit:
A subdivision in Southeast quarter (0E) of Section
10, Twpt o4 South, Ree. 41 Bust, more particularly
described as follows: The North Half WIT) of Lots
5 and 6 and all of Lots 7 acid b in clock 2, except
the north 300 feet of said Lots 7 and 6 and the north
300 feet of ;'lest 66 feet of orth Ralf (11;) of said
Lot 6 of "Maroellus Dearborn's Subdivision" as record-
ed in Book ". " of plate at Page :6, Public Records of
Dade County, Florida,
said subdivision to be known ae "Shenandoah Park", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as complying with all tbe provisions of the Charter of the
City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department of
Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets, avenues, highways and parrs to the perpetual use of the
public for proper purposes,
NOW, THERE^ORE, BE IT WiDAINED BY THE COMMISSICi1 0 ' THE CITY
OF Ulan: That the dedication of the streets, avenues, highways
and parks in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and the
same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City or I,irmi.
