Al.' ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE
DEDICATION or THE STREETS,
AVENUES AND HI(I13WAYS IN TEE
SUBDIVISION TO 13E KNOWN AS
"CAPITAL."
WHEREAS, the Miami Equitable In-
vestment 0o.. a corporation organised and
existing under the laws of the State of
Florida, has filed with the Director of
Public Service a plat of a subdivision of
the following property, lying and being In
Dade County, State of Florida, to -wit:
A subdivision of Lots 28 and 29,
Block 1 of Phoenix Park, a subdivi.
Mon of Northwest one-fourth (2�iWa4)
of Southeast one-fourth (SE%) of
lion 12, Twp. b8 South. Rge. 41
said subdivision to be known as "Capi-
tal.' and
WHE:l1EAS, The Director of Public Ser-
vice has approved said plat as complying
with all the_ provisions of the Charter of
the City of Miami and the rules and reg-
ulations of the Department of Public Ser-
vice, and
WHJCitEAS, ";the said plat shows the
dedication of certain streets. a venues and
highways to the perpetual use of the pub-
lic tor proper purposes.

DAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI t That the dedi-
cation of the streets, avenues and high-
ways in said subdivision, as shown by
said plat, be. and the same are hereby
accepted and confirmed by the. City of
Miami.
