the Director of Public 'Service a plat of a
re -subdivision of the following property,
lying and being in Dade County, State of
Florida, to -wit:

South, Rge. 41 East as recorded in
Book B of Plats at Page 63. Public
Records of Dade County Florida.
said resubdivlsion to be known as "Red
Star Subdivision No. 1," and
WHEREAS. the Director of Public Ser-
vice has approved said plat as complying
with all the ttrrrovlsions of the Charter of
the City of Miamiand the rules and regu•
talons of the Department of Public Ser•
vice. and
WttEREAS, the said plat shows the
dedication of certain: streets, avenues,
highways and parks to the perpetual use
of the public for roper purposes.
NOW THEREFORE. BE IT OR
DAINED BY THE COMMISSIONOF
THE CITY OF MIAMI: That the dedi-
cation of the streets, avenues, highways
and parks in said resubdivision, as shown
by said plat. be, and the same are hereby
accepted and confirmed by the City of
Iltiamt.
