WHEREAS, M. M. York and Annie y. York, his wife,
have filed with the Director of Public :service an amended
plat of a subdivision of the following property, lying and
being in Dade County, State of Florida, to -wit:
A subdivision of the southeast Quarter (SP,4)
of the Northwest.uarter (Irk 4) of the Northeast
Quarter (NE*) and the .Southwest Quarter ( S';4
of the Northeast Quarter (iz ) of the Northeast
,uarter (N ) of Section 21, Twp 53 South, Rge.
41 East, except the East 210 feet of the $Muth
210 feet, and that part of the East 125 feet,
lying North of the South 210 feet,
said subdivision to be known as "Causeway ParK", and.
V i SEAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
amended plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter
of the Oity of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Depart-
ment of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said amended plat shows the dedication of certain
streets, avenues and highways to the perpetual use of the publics
for proper purposes,
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAI1ED BY THE COMMISSION 0? THE CITY
0P MI.AMI: That the dedication of the streets, avenues and highways
in said subdivision, as shown by said amended plat, be, and the
same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the Oity of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of October, A. D. 1925.
