TRAIL GROVE".
WHEREAS, w. C. Hill &, .Sons, Incorporated, a corporation
Organized and existing under the laws of the State of i{'lorida,
have filed with the Director of Public Service a plat of a
subdivision of the following property, lying and being in
Dade County, State of ilorida, to -wit:
A subdivision of the East Half () of the East
Half (Ei) of the Southeast quarter (SE :) of the
Southwest wuarter (SW) of Section 6, Township
54 ,South, Range 41 East,
said subdivision to be known as "Till's Trail Grove", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved
said plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter
of the City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the
Department of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets, avenues and highways to the perpetual use of the
public for proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION SSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That the dedication of the streets, avenues
and highways in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be,
and the same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City
of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of Ootobar, A. C. 1925.
