WHEREAS, O. E. Wonderly and Adele Won,er .y, his wife;
n. Ciuiio and Lary 3. Cunio, his wife, have filed with the
Director of Public Service a plat of a subdivision of the
following property, lying and being in Dade County, State of
Florida, to -wit:
A subdivision of the South Half (:3I) of the
Northeast quarter (1 E :) of the Southwest :.,uarter
(a`'t ) of the Southeast Quarter (SE:;:) and the
''lest Half (J) of the Southwest Quarter (S"r )
of the Southeast Quarter (3 ) of the Southeast
Quarter (6E¢) of ;section 21, Tap. 53 South,
ige. 41 Last,
said subdivision to be known as "Evergreen Lawns No. 3", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the
City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department
of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets, avenues and highways to the perpetual use of the public
for proper purposes,
VOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COI1. ISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That the dedication of the streets, avenues and
highways in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and
the same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of October, A. D. 1925.
