WWEAS, C. H. Ehrmann and Gertrude M. rhrmann, his
wife, have filed with the Director of Public Service a plat
of a subdivision of the following property, bring and being
in Dade County, State of Florida, to -wit:
A subdivision of the North Half (n- -) of the
Southwest Quarter (31V4) of the Southwest Quarter
(3W ;) of the Southeast 4uarter (a ,4;) ,M f :section
5, Township 54 South, .range 41 East,
said subdivision to be known as "Le Jeune Place", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved
said plat as complying with all the provisions of the charter
of the City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the
Department of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets, avenues and highways to the perpetual use of the
public for proper purposes,
NOW, THERE2ORB, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
;ITY OF MIAMI: That the dedication of the streets, avenues
and highways in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be,
and the same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City
of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of October, A. D. 1925.
