HXRPAS, the J. O. H. Realty Corporation, a corporation
organized and eieting under the laws of the State of Plorida,
has filed with the Director of Public Service a plat of a
subdivision of the following property, lying and being in
Dade County, State of ilorida, to -wit:
A subdivision of the South Half (3=) of the South-
east Quarter (SE{) of the Southeast quarter
of the Northeast ;quarter (NE) of Section 27,
Township 53 South, mange 41 East,
said subdivision to be known as "Allapattah Commercial Center",
and
Iil: ERDA3, the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of
the lity of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Depart-
ment of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets, avenues and highways to the perpetual use of the
public for proper purposes,
NO?1, THE'HE'03E, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY O' MIAMI: That the dedication of the streets. avenues
and highways in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be,
and the same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City
of Miami.
