+`tzi.:ii ,ct:7, Geo. B. Haeger and Mary iv :Heger, his wife,
have filed with the Director of Public Service a plat of
a resubdivision of the following property, lying and being
in Dade oounty, State of Florida, to -wit:
A resubdivision of Lots 18 to 37, inclusive,
Oliver Subdivision, Boos 7, page 139 of plats,
a part of T.ot 1, Block 14, Tuttle Subdivision
in Section 31, Twp. 62 South, Rre. 42 East,
said resubdivision to be known as "Biscayne Tropical Gardens",
and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as complying with all the provisions of the ^barter of
the City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Depart-
ment of Public Service, and
Y`(H'.rR AS, the said plat shouts the dedication of certain
streets, avenues and highways to the perpetual use of the
public for proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY Ti E COL ISSIOI: 0? THE
OITY OF 1IA1I: That the dedication of the streets, avenues
and highways in said resubdivision, as shown by said plat,
be, and the same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the
City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of October, A. D. 1925.
