WHEREAS, C. Englund and Victoria Englund, his wife,
have filed with tiie Director of Alio Service a }Tat of
a subdivision of the following property, ling and being
in Dade 0ount,,r, State of Florida, to -wit:
A subdivision of the North Half (N*) of the
Southeast Cuarter (SE0 of the Northeast

said plat as complying with all the provisions of the wharter

Department of Public aervice, and
WHEREAS, S, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets, avenues and highways to the perpetual use of the
public for proper purposes,

NtlEs AND HIGHWAYS IN THE SUB-
DIVISION TO BE KNOW AS "VIC-
TORIA HEIGHTS."
W UEREAS. C. Englund and Victoria
Englund. his -wife, have filed silth -the
Director of Public Sorvloe a plat of a sub-
division of the following property. iying
and being in Dade County, State of Flor-
ida. to -wit:
*A subdivision of the North Half ,
(N%) of the Southeast Quarter (SEA,)
of the Northeast Quarter (NEU) of
the Northeast Quarter (NE%) of Sec-
tion 10, Twp. &3 South.. Range ll East.
said subdivision to be known as "Vic-
toria Heights." and
WHEREAS. the Director of Public
Service has approved said plat as com-
plying with all the provisions of the Char-
ter, of the City of t1Ianti and the rules
and regulations of the Department of
Public Service, 'and
