B, Oramer, , a single man, has filed with the Director of Public Service a plat of a subdivision of the following property, lying and being in Dade ',ountsr, State of Florida, to -wit: Beginning at a point 15 feet North and 1715.35 feet West of the Southeast corner of the South- east Quarter (.31. :) of Section 13, Twp. 53 South, Rge. 41 .mast; thence North 494.10 feet; thence 'lest 160.81 feet; thence South 494.10 feet; thence East 160.81 feet to the point of begin- ning, excepting therefrom a strip of land eight (8) feet wide, now subject to easement, along the East side of said property, said subdivision to be known as "54th St. Business Plaza", and WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department of Public Service, and WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain streets, avenues and highways to the perpetual use of the public for proper purposes, INOV, THEREFORE, BR IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF 'PIE CITY OF ML I: That the dedication of the streets, avenues and highways in said subdivision, as shown 1)7 said plat, be, and the same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
