AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THg DEDICATION OP

IN THE SUBDI'V'IStbN TO BE :No1111 AS "ALA DA".
ti'VBAS, the Dandreth Development Oorporation, a cor-
poration duly organized and existing under the laws of the
State of Florida, have filed with the Director of Public
Service, a plat Of a subdivision of the following described
property, situated, lying and being in Dade County, State of
Florida, to -wit:
The South Three-quarters (Si) of the East half
() of the Northwest ,uarter (N'.7*) of the
Northwest :,carter (NW4) and the Northeast Quarter
(NEa) of the Southwest quarter (3 ) of the North-
west quarter (NW*) of Section Twelve (12) Town-
ship Fifty-four South (54 S) Range Forty East
(40 ) also the East half (E*) of the Northwest
Quarter (i►1-) of Section Twelve (12) Township
Fifty-four (54S), range Forty East (403) situated
in Dade County, Florida,
said subdivision to be known as "ALALtEDA".
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved
said plat as complying with all the provisions of the charter
of the City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the
Department of Public Service, and •
EEREAS, the eaid plat shows the dedication of certain
streets, avenues, highways and parks to the perpetual use of
the public for proper purposes;
NOW, T;i.2?Ey'0_,E, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF m"TE
CITY OF M IAMI :
That the dedication of the streets, avenues, highways
and parks in said subdivision as shown by said plat, be, and
the same are hereby approved by the City of Miami, provided,

however, the said approval shall not bind the City of
Miami or its toard. of Commissioners to open up and keep
in repair any parcels dedicated to the public in said
map or plat, but nevertheless reserving the right to
eceroise such right at any time.
