That it shall be unlawful for any person, firm, partnership or corporation within the City of Miami to sell or offer for sale any commodity from a railroad car, track, or yard of any railroad entering the City of Miami, and any person, firm, partnership or corporation who violates this ordinance shall be subject to a fine not exceeding Five Bunrwred Dollars ($500.00) , and shall be tried in the manner provided for violation of other penal ordinances of the City of Miami, Florida. Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declare& an emergency measure on the ground of urgent public need for the preservation of peace, health, safety and property. and shall take effect from and after the date of its passage.
