AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING G THE DEDICATION OP
Tiles STREETS, AVENUES, HIGHWAYS AND Pa. ZS
IN THE SUBDIVISION TO BE i:NOW11 AS "ARCM
CREEK BIDES".
SEAS, W. S. Maloney a single man, has filed with
the Director of Public Service a plat of a subdivision of
the following property, lying and being in Dade County,
State of ?1orid :, to -wit:
A subdivision of the South Ralf (3) of Lot
10 of "M filler's Subdivision" in the North-
west Quarter (IP7) of Section 29, Twp. 52
South, Rge. 42 East,
said subdivision to be known as "Arch Creek nines", and
WIi:EA3, the Director of Public Service has approved
said plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter
of the City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the
Department of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets, avenues, highways and parks to the perpetual use of
the public for proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY 'T7E COM TS` TOI OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That the dedication of the streets, avenues,
highways and parks in said subdivision, as shown by said plat,
be, and the`same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the
City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of October, A. D. 1925.
