WHEREAS, Amos D. Weaver and Mary cleaver, his wife;
Urbane Griffin and Ida Jane Griffin, his ,wife, have filed
with the Director of Public Service a plat of a subdivision
of the following property, lying and being in Dade lotznty,
State of Florida, to -wit:
A subdivision of the mast Half (E) of the
Southwest Quarter (SW) of the Northeast
Quarter (NI ) of the Southwest ';;uarrter
of Section 24, Twp. 53 South, Rge. 41 East,
said subdivision to be known as "Griffin's Subdivision", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved
said plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter
of the City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the
Department of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets, avenues, highways and parks to the perpetual use of
the public for proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY 0? MIAMI: That the dedication of the streets, avenues,
highways and parks in said subdivision, as shown by said plat,
be, and the same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the
Oity of Miami.
