IN THE SUBDIVISION TO BE =OWN AS
"GOLD CREST".
HAS, George C. Stiles and. Corine E. Stiles, his
wife, have filed with the Director of Public Service a plat
of a subdivision of the following property, lying and being
in Dade County, State of Florida., to -wit:
A subdivision of the East Half (E-) of the 'Feet
Half (7 -) of the Northwest Quarter (fl Vi:) of the
Northeast ,carter (NE?) of Section 1, Twp. 53
South, Rge. 41 Nast,
said subdivision to be known as `'Cold Crest", and
HE23,16, the Director of Public Service has approved
said plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter
of the City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the
Department of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets, avenues and highways to the perpetual use of the
public for proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSIOIN 0.F
THE CITY OF MIAMI: That the dedication of the streets, avenues
and highways in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be,
and the same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City
of Miami.

"GOLD CREST."
WHEREAS, George C. Stiles and Co-
rlhe E. Stiles, his wife, have filed with
the Director of Public Service a plat of
a subdivision of the following property,
