`REAS, the Miami Realty Sales Inc.,.a corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the State of ^1orida,
has filed with the Director of Public Service a plat of a
subdivision of the following property, lying and beinr in
Dade County, State of Florida, to -wit:
subdivision of the Ilorthwest Quarter (N'!4) of
the Northwest Quarter (mi) of the Southeast
Quarter IS ¢) and North Half (Ili) of the South-
west Quarter (SW;) of the Northwest Quarter (N.1 )
of the Southeast (.uarter (Sail) of Section 21,
Twp. 53 South, Rge. 41 East,
said subdivision to be known as "Lauraville Gardens", and
WIEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved
said plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter
of the City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the
Department of Publics Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets, avenues, highways and parks to the perpetual use of
the public for proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSI(L OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That the dedication of the streets, avenues,
highways and parks in said subdivision, as shown by said plat,
be, and the same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the
City of Miami.

under the laws of the State of Florida.
has filed with the Director of Public Ser-
