WIME.1s, T. Ferrell and Maydis Larkin Ferrell, his
wife, also J. F. Turner, a single man, have fi3 ed with the
Director of Public Service a plat of a subdivision of the
following property, lying and being in Dade County, State of
Florida, to -wit:
A subdivision of yhe W. 264' of the Southwest
:quarter (SW) of the Southeast Quarter (S 4 )
of the Southeast quarter (SD f) of the North-
east quarter (I E.4) of Section 10, ' wp. 53
South, Pge. 41 East,
said subdivision to be known as "Causeway Commercial enter", and
"r REAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the
City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department
of Public Service, and
Li A LAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets, avenues, highways and parks to the perpetual use of
the public for proper purposes,
NOW, %HEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSIOI+ 07 THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That the dedication of the streets, avenues,
highways and parks in said subdivision, as shown by said plat,
be, and the same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City
of Miami.
PASSED ADD ADOPTED this 12th day of October, A. D. 1925.

KNOWN AS "CAUSEWAY COMMER-
CIAL CENTER."
WHEREAS, T. J, Ferrell and Maydis
Larkin Ferrell, his wife, also J. F. Tur-
ner, a single man, have filed with the
Director of Public Service a plat of a
subdivision of the following property, ly-
ing and being In Dade County, State of
Florida, to -wit:
