WHEREAS, genie Yancey, a Widow, has filed with the
Director of Public Service a plat of a subdivision of the follow-
inc property, lying and beinc in Dacl.e County, State of Flori a,
to -wit:
A subdivision of a portion of the South Half (S- )
of Section 14, TWp. 53 South, Rge. 41 East, more par-
ticularly described as follows:
Begin at a point 799 feet i:orth and 982 feet Wiest
of the SE Corner of Section 14, TWp. 53 south, Rge. 41
East; thence run South 104 feet; thence run West
837.69 feet; trenoe run North 104 feet; thence run
East 837.69 feet along a fifteen foot street to point
of beginning,
said subdivision to be known as "I acon l,ianor'T , and
'WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved.
said plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter
of the City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the De-
partment of Public Service, and
VflIEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets, avenues and highways to the perpetual use of the
public for proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY TEE corrissicr OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That the dedication of the streets, avenues and
highways in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and the
same are hereby, accepted and. confirmed by the City of L iami.
