WHEREAS, the f.iami Realty Sales Inc., a corporation
organized and existing ruder the laws of the State of Florida,
has filed with the Director of Public Service a plat of a
subdivision of the following property, lyinc and being in
Davie County, State of Florida, to -wit:
A subdivision of the West Half ( .:A of the 1 orth-
east C,uarter (:.:E) of the 'ortheast ^uarter (? L )
of Section v5, Tarp. 52 South, Rge. 41 East,
said subdivision to be known as "Gratigny Part:", and
'REAS, the Director of Public Service has apµproved
said plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter
of the City of L iami and the rules and re -ulationc o± the De-
part*nent• of Public Service, and
IIEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets, avenues, highways and parks to the perpetual use of
the public for proper purposes,
